Booking Concierge & Banking ?

On Monday, I will be trying to book concierge at AKV for next fall. I will be using 2009 points, so I will need to bank them into 2010. I usually do this when I make the reservation, but with the limited amount of concierge, I'm afraid it might eat up the time, causing me to not get the reservation. Should I call today and bank my points so I don't have to go through that process on Monday?

Yes, I would call and bank first. Banking takes a few minutes, and as you said, with something like Conceirge, that could make a difference.

This way, when you call, everything is all set for you!

We tried to book concierge at the 11 month mark at 9:00 AM. MS confirmed availability but by the time she finalized the booking, several days we gone. We have been on a wait list for 10 months.

Thanks! I went ahead and banked my points today. I will be calling on Monday at 9:00 a.m. for a concierge studio. I only want one night, so maybe I'll get lucky. We want to do the sunrise safari, then we will be moving into a 2 BR for 6 nights. Hopefully, since the one night we want is a Saturday night, we will get it. If not, I'll go on a waitlist, too!
