Does booking.com charge any fees if you cancel?.TIA

Best way to find out is by reading the T&C of what you’re looking to book.

When I book through hotels.com sometimes I book nonrefundable rates and sometimes they are refundable. Some have found that places charge a fee for cancelling Disney hotels. Some don’t have that happen.

Gotta read through your specific booking as you make it to see.

My DH book this . And has never used this site before.
It didn' state that is was non refundable. It states that he could cancel before Dec 15., if he canceled after Dec 19 then he would be charged.

I just wanted to make sure he could cancel without a penalty.
