Does anyone have any experience using this company? To me, this is the most nerve-wracking part of trip planning, the uncertainty of whether a site is reliable or not. I am interested in the good, the bad, the ugly. Who do you normally book your accomodations through? We are looking at going to WDW from 10/4- 10/9, and staying within a 15 minute drive. There will be me, DH, and our two kids, age 4 and 6. I prefer two bedrooms, but am okay with a suite, as long as we have an area to unwind while the kids are asleep. Thanks so much for your input.

I personally haven't used Booking.com, but I tend to prefer dealing right with the hotel directly. Even if a sight like Booking.com has a lower price, there's never been a time for me that the hotel wouldn't match the price. I like to use sites like that to browse my options, but then I like to go book with the hotel directly.

I've used booking.com a few times. They are a big company. Been around for years. I am surprised anyone would need to ask if they are reliable. My favourite site is lmtclub.com. Think you can still join for free using the promo code TRAVELTWEET. Good luck getting a hotel to match some of the prices on there. Prices are similar to what you'd get bidding on Priceline but you get the name of the property and it's refundable per the rules of the individual hotel.

Oh cool, never heard of it. I am going to check it out. Thanks so much!!!

A lot of times you can get the same rate or even better by booking directly at the hotel's website, especially if you are AAA, AARP, govt, military.

I've used both booking.com, and bookit.com for the past 5 years or more. Both are reliable. I never had a problem with misrepresentation of what I paid for and what I received with either of them. I would use booking.com and bookit.com without hesitation if the rates are right.
