Booking code discount with free dinning or no way?

I have never gotten free dinning before and have never used a promotional code either. I was just wondering if anyone knew for 100% sure, if you are getting free dinning and are already booked, can you call in and have a adjustment on your reservation with the discount code?

You have to pay rack rate to get the free dining. Not allowed to have a room discount and free dining.

What about the Tickets? I seen that they are offering promotional discount of Magic your way package? Can I get that?

Nope. No discounts on anything with Free Dining.
