I have a June use year. I borrowed 2015 points for a November 2014 trip. Besides a few points, 2015 is tapped out of points. Am I able to borrow 2016 points for a 2015 summer trip? In other words, with a June use year, when is the soonest I can book with borrowed 2016 points? Is a summer 2015 vacation possible (non home resort)?

Yes, you can borrow 2016 points for a trip that begins on or after June 1, 2015. To determine whether you can borrow and if you need to borrow, you erase from your mind the date you call to reserve and look only at the dates you will be at WDW.

as drusba says, the earliest date you can book (with borrowed 2016 UY pts) is june 1, 2015.

so the earliest you can call to book would be july 1, 2014 for your home resort. or nov 1, 2014 for a nonhome resort. those dates are based on your home resort and nothing to do with the UY of the points. availability is your only issue at this point...
