Booking at 7 month window

I hope someone can help me in here.I am hoping to rent off a collegue for reservations on the 18th-24th december this year.Her home resort is SSR and she will be able to book that the end of this month.I am going to book this with her.What are the chances of AKLV being availible at the 7 month window at this time?Did anyone book later last year and still get in.I am not fussed with the room,standard value or savannah as long as it is a studio.

I would think it would be pretty difficult to get a studio at that time of year. but I'm positive someone with more experience will chime in very soon. Good Luck!!

Not going to happen. December is VERY popular and you are talking a period including Christmas Eve. If your renter is a freiend of yours and willing to use the waitlist you might get lucky, but should not count on it. There will be people ahead of you on that list long before the 7 month mark.

It's not our home resort & we got a studio at AKV last year for this past Dec. 20-26...no problem. We booked right when bookings opened for non-owners...the resort was just starting to take bookings, & I'm not sure if we could book at 7 months out, or maybe it was 6.

Thanks for the hope.I know it is a long shot and yes I am sure she will put us on the wait list.If we don't get in I will be quite happy with where ever we stay.Thanks for your comments
