are these nonstp flights i cant find anythin under 350.00 round trip
Mine were both non-stop.
Here's a hint that I found. I booked my flights on a Wednesday morning around 6:00 am; it seems they fall the lowest very early in the morning and go up a bit in the afternoon.
They seem most expensive on Friday through Monday, since it is the time when most families are planning their vacations.
I booked mine at 6:00 am, and when I went back to check it at lunchtime, it had gone up $30.00.
Try it out!
Missytara ~ I never knew this; thanks for the tip.I'll have to try it out. We are flying out of BWI on 11/28 and booked that leg of our trip with SW, but haven't booked our return flight on 12/5. I'm actually leaning towards flying Airtran, but I can't get my DH convinced to fly them. SW has since raised the price on the return flight so I am trying to wait patiently.
I should've just booked the return flight when I booked the other leg but didn't. Live and learn I guess.
are you flying out logan? I love jet blue? i want nonstop because of the children?
It's so hard to know when to book flights. I kept checking the prices from Ohare to Orlando for mid November. It was at $188 which I thought was a pretty good price. Round trip, no stops. I kept checking for a few days and it dropped to $158. Was ready to book 7 tickets when I thought just for the heck of it I'd check my Entertainment Book and see if there's any deals there. There was a coupon for $20 off each ticket. Wound up paying $138 per ticket. I was thrilled with that! Then next day price was back up to $188. Just checked now after reading this thread and it's at $197. I don't know if the flights could drop as it gets closer to November but I don't think I'd find 7 seats all together if it got real close to departure day.
I'd watch the flights and once it drops try to find a coupon code and then book it. At least then you'll feel like you didn't pay full price. I always have to feel like I got some kind of deal. LOL!
