Booking ADR's Question

I should know the answer to this, and actually I might, but I am not confident
Tomorrow is my 180 + 10 ADR day.
What is the fastest process?
I believe I log into my MDE account at 6 AM EDT. And then choose "Make Reservations'. On the next page is it best to set the calendar date and time there at the main page or is it better to go to the restaurant of choice and choose the date and time there?
Unlike years past we are not doing the DDP for the first time since its inception. I will not being booking ADR's for every day.
But I still would like to know the best process for securing those we do want.

we had a couple of tablets logged in and had one restaurant open on each for the really popular ones. once those were booked we found it easier to go to the main page and just go alphabetically by restaurant instead of by date.
