I've booked two rooms at POFQ, with the free dining plan, and have just gone online to book some ADRs, but can't see a way of booking a table for the 4 of us, as we were given a separate booking confirmation for each room (2 people in each room). Is there any way of doing this, or do I have to ring up to book? Thanks

I also have a reservation for 2 rooms one room has 2 people and the other has 3. When I booked my dining I just put in the total number of people and had no problem.

Thanks for your reply, so have you been on your visit to WDW yet? I'm just wondering if there might be a problem if the booking isn't linked to both reservation numbers for using the dining plan? :confused3

I don't remember putting in my reservation number when making my ADR's. We have used the dining plan for the last 8 years and haven't had a problem.
With that being said the last time we had 2 rooms I made the reservations over the phone because there was no way to book on line. I don't think you will have a problem.

Thinking back I did have to put in my reservation number in order to book at 180 + 10. I only put in one number and made the reservations for 5 people, but only 2 were staying in the room that the reservation was for.

For our March 2012 trip, I booked online ADR reservations for our party of 6 (2 separate confirmation numbers reservations but 3 separate rooms).

I don't recall having to give them a confirmation # though :confused3

The resort reservation number is only needed to access the 180 + 10 day timeframe for making dining reservations. You only need on resort res number for that and then you can make the reservation for everyone who will be at the table regardless of how many rooms they are in or even if some of them are offsite.

When you are making the dining reservations it won't matter if you're using the dining plan or paying cash. Only when you're actually in the restaurant will you need to let your server know if you're using dining credits or paying out of pocket. The exceptions are the dinner shows (Hoop de Doo, luau and Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) and CRT which will charge you the full amount iat the time of booking if you don't link your dining plan.

Thanks everyone, that's great, will get them all booked! :thumbsup2
