I'll add... I also am Silver level and Cabanas were booked up when it was my turn to check in. I checked back (religiously at first and then VERY sporadically) and was able to book a cancellation. Just try not to obsess over it.

Oh that stinks!! Have you cleared your cookies, logged out and back in, etc? All of the Disney sites are so glitchy. Or maybe try a different browser? I'm having issues with Firefox lately and have to go back and forth between that and Chrome.

All really great suggestions. But none of them worked. Sad face. Yeah, I know, Disney has some of the worst websites. But I had such high hopes tonight. I'll stay up another 15 minutes or so and then call it a night. I'll give Guest Services a call in the morning. Thanks for being a cross-country shoulder to cry on!
