Booking 8am today - site not working

I had no issues booking the TA and the bahamas right before that TA (b2b) around 7.30am. Booked in EUROS though
 
So the DCL website is not working for most Platinum customers booking directly though DCL. DCL phone line is a 2+ hour wait. Any suggestions to try and secure the cabin you want so it does not disappear during yet another DCL poorly run mess of a business leaving their customers holding the bag?
What type of cabin are you trying to get that's going to disappear?
 
Not sure if this will help but whenever I have had trouble with Disney sites I have opened an incognito browser and then it has worked. Maybe worth a shot? Good luck to all trying to book!
 

Another Disney IT failure... say it isn't so. It would be laughable if it didn't stress people out that are trying to throw money at Disney. Just the fact that type type of issues is repeated over and over, week after week says a lot about the company.

My DU TA already sent me my quotes. I’ve already applied additional deposit funds. She’s booking a b2b. Still keep checking to see when it’s completed and in my account.
 
Anyone having luck getting through on the phone? Just rounded the corner on three hours on hold.
 
I tried to call at 8am, the system told me it was 108 min wait so I hung up and just booked online. Wasn't able to use my OBB certificate but figured let me grab the room I want at least.

Now I'm trying to call again hoping I can move that room to a new reservation with the OBB, but all I get is a busy signal. I cant even get thru to hear I have a 3+hr wait.

Ugh.
 
I have been refreshing since 7:30 am ET. And on 2 devices and all the things.... Had been trying to call in off and on with no luck. Finally got into the queue on the phone at 11 am. I literally LOL when they said my wait time was going to be 11 minutes.

This is probably the worse it has ever been, and I have a 4 digit castaway club number.....
 
If they can’t handle the volume, is it time to add more tiers to Castaway Club status to manage the traffic? I never want to have to deal with this again. Still waiting to talk to someone after 2 hours on hold. Have been researching itineraries on other cruise lines all this time.
I think they should. Call it Titanium, give them one semi decent benefit, and have an earlier booking date for 20/25+

DisDiana - You may want to try on another device and call. I literally got in 15 minutes on hold.

I did not get my first choice of room... but it was 4th on my list!

I was on hold for almost 4 hours and then tried the Castaway Club number and selected new booking about 5 mins ago from a different phone and am already talking to someone. Craziness
