Woot! Woot! Dance with me people

Just booked for February 2012. I am taking 3 first timers as a surprise. My new fiancee and Mum (who celebrates her 50th 3 days prior) are my guests as a little treat from me and my younger sister, who joins us.

Excited to return

First time I've been in winter. Any tips for February folks?

All I would recommend is bring some nice warm clothes (thermals) and money for hot chocolate. The plus side of course, depending on if you manage to miss school holidays, is the short queue times.

i'm dancing with you!! we're booked to go in Feb as well (but during the school holidays) i've been in Dec and March and both times were really cold, take gloves and warm shoes have a lovely time

We went in Feb last year, and as others have said it was very cold so yes take lots of warm clothes i do remember them having an offer on in a lot of the cafes/self service restaurants though - when you bought something, your receipt then allowed you to a free hot drink later on in the afternoon in selected places - we took advantage of this offer to warm up later on in the day

We went during UK half term as well (other half is a college lecturer) and the queues weren't too bad. I do love going during halloween or christmas time as I love the theming and merchandise, but we had a great time, I'm sure you will too!

The offer, where the receipt allows you a free hot drink later in the day has been on every time I have been actually. Not every cafe takes part in the offer, and not every cafe even issues the receipt either though, and I am yet to figure out exactly which ones offer it... Worth remembering though. Thanks

I just saw your mam's post! Woo what a lovely son you are! What a lovely brother you are! What a lovely fiancée you are!

For that cold time of the year I reccomend thermal socks. Make sure your feet are warm because if they get cold your whole body gets cold!
