Booked with Virgin - question about what we get

Booked with Virgin, staying on Disney property, I know the booking included 14 day Disney tickets, but there was also something about Universal Bonus ticket or something (don't have the booking to hand). When we booked this wasn't really important but now that I am trying to get the plans finalised (not very rigid but want to have some idea of what we plan to be up to) I realise I have no idea what this was actually a ticket for.

Can anyone help me here? Just so I know what we might want to try and factor in.

Just had a look at the Virgin Holidays site and its hard to say what you got.
They do, do a Universal 2 or 3 park bonus ticket.
On the site it says-
Universal Orlando® 2-Park Bonus Ticket (£374.99)
Unlimited access to Universal Studios® and Universal Islands of Adventure® theme parks for 14 consecutive days. Plus you'll enjoy admission to the night-time entertainment venues at Universal CityWalk®.
Universal Orlando® 3-Park Bonus Ticket (£404.99)
Admission to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® theme parks, the Wet 'n' Wild® Orlando water park, plus all-club access† to the live entertainment at Universal CityWalk®, for up to 14 consecutive days.

Hopefully thats what you got.
when you get a chance see if thats what theyve got on your booking or even contact them via phone/email or facebook.

The info I have says it is the 3 park bonus ticket BUT we didn't pay any extra for it so the prices etc don't really help. I have emailed them but had no reply so far, and messaged via Facebook. Oh well, I will just have to wait and see and then amend our plans if necessary.

Theyre usually pretty quick on facebook at answering.
They also do combined Disney & Universal tickets but weve never bought them from them. That could explain why you werent charged extra, although I didnt think these were the tickets they included for the free dining.
