Im starting to panic now after watching the news.. as we are due to go on
30th all booked with thomas cook!... should i be worried?
we have all our travel docs etc ?..

I wouldn't be worried, they aren't (if ever) going to go bankrupt that soon. They are probably going to go ahead & close some of their shops first anyway.

I work for the Co-op (Food business) and Thomas Cook are in the process of "merging" with our Travel business.

I was speaking to one of my friends, who works in the Travel side, who said it is still very much all systems go with the merger so day-to-day business is still "business as usual"

So relax and continue with your SDD!!

Thankyou! I work for Boeing ...we deal with parts for all there aircraft etc but .I know when a company is in trouble as orders for aircraft and there maintenance etc starts slowing down . But Thomas cook has been a regular so was surprised when heard the news!.
