Hey guys, I booked our June 07 trip with AAA this week and I have a couple of questions that I know you all can answer...

1) Is the confirmation # that she gave me the AAA confirm # or the Disney confirm #?

2) When I make my ADR (my 180 days falls on a Sunday so I'm making them myself) do I give them that confirm # so they will know that I am staying on site? Or will they be able to tell somehow that I have a AAA reservation? I want to try to make all of my ADR in one phone call.

3) When I received the confirm letter that's all I got...I was expecting some kind of Disney brochure or packet since I had just called and booked with her...do any of you get any kind of packet when you book or just a confirm letter?

TIA...I guess it turned out to be 3 questions instead of a couple :cool1:

1) The confirmation # given is for AAA Disney cannot see your reservation. Any chnages that need to be done to your ressie needs to be done through AAA

2) When making your ADR's you only have to tell them the date your checking in at what resort, no confirmation # is needed to make your ADR

3) Since you booked through AAA you only get your confirm number through them. When your documents arrive they will go to your AAA office then on to you.

Hope this helps you out :woohoo:

When I made my ADR's they did ask me for my conformation # from AAA.

I made all my ADR's for my upcoming Jan trip and was only asked the date i arrive and what resort. Same thing when i made my ADR's for my May '06 trip...and i called many many times changing and adding reservations...always speaking to a different cm...and not once was i asked for my AAA confirmation # ??

Thanks!

I have another question...when you book with AAA do you get the regular Disney luggage tags or do you get some kind of AAA luggage tags?

Do you mean the DME luggage tags? If so, yes you will get the DME yellow lugagge tags and you will also get these hologram Disney type luggage tags that AAA supplies...Our AAA luggage tags had a picture of the castle on it..It was really cute :) HTH

Great that's what I wanted to know. I love having the different luggage tags from different trips.

We will not be using DME so we won't get those.

thanks!

How far in advance do you final papers come if you booked with AAA? when should i expect a call from my AAA agent that they are in. I am getting excited and impatient.

I booked my trip back in May, paid for it in June. We leave on Sept 9, and I got my paperwork this past Thursday. So about two weeks before you actually leave you should get it.

Oooooohhhh...That's not going to work for me...
For our trip (next July 15-20), we're actually tacking it on to the tail end of back-to-back cruises...
We leave home on June 29...If they send the paperwork two weeks prior to July 15, we'll already be long gone...
Anyone know if there's a way to speed this up?
We booked through AAA...

I know my agent told me I could pick up my paper work in the office as soon as she receives it.

I would call as soon as possible and inform TA your plans and I am sure they will work something out for you! Have a great trip!
