We are going to WDW from Sept 10-Sept 16 leaving from BDL to MCO. I booked $79 flight one way on Song for Sept 10. The price for Sept 16 is $138. I am hoping once Southwest comes out with flights after Sept 12 that maybe Song will drop to $79. Anyone see any problems with booking each way separate??

No problem here. I book Song one way and Jetblue the other. For some reason one way is low fare and the other way fare is higher. So I book the lower fare down and the lower fare back. This time Jetblue was $79 down and Song was $69 flying back. Last Oct. it was reversed. Wish I had waited as I could have gotten SW out of Providence for $49 down. But again the flight back would have been higher than I am paying.

I still dont see how R/T is cheaper as I when I price out it is always more than one way on on 2 different airlines. :confused3

Just remember which airline to go to for each leg of the trip. Dont go to say Song when you should be a Jetblue. :rotfl: Although they look me up at the curb to print my boarding pass at both airlines. I have never had to worry about my boarding pass. I just give the guy/girl at the curb my confirmation # and off I go with my boarding pass, less my bags.

So go have a good trip

That would be www.flysong.com, really a pretty good site all in all.

Notably, I just bought one-way tix for February break '06 (stayed up to midnight to get the new fares). Since the return fares have not yet been released, I just booked us all one-way at the fabulous price of $82.70 each (Song, non-stop, BOS-MCO, at our preferred time, includes all taxes). Interestingly, I booked this fare on the Delta site, since I still cannot get any fares for that date on the Song site; maybe they'll come out at 2:00 or 3:00. But they are available on the Delta site, so what the heck. After I booked, the price went up $100 per ticket! So maybe I bought all the cheapest tix on that flight.

I am crossing my fingers for equally good luck for the return flight, which I'll try to book 8 days from now.
