Can we just present our "vouchers" at check-in? Also, I read you can't have your room key and AP together, what does the AP look like?

We have used our vouchers when we checked in. However, sometimes they will ask you to come back the next day, with the activated AP. Otherwise they will charge you the full rate.

Our APs were made out of a kevlar type paper. Very strong and tough. It actually held up better than the plastic credit card type hopper passed we had before. I put about 24 days on my AP this year and it just started getting a crease on it. Also, don't put them near any electronics...cell phone, etc. It really can mess up the magnetic strip on the back!!

I second that warning my DH stored his right next to his cell and had problems so they had to make another card. Only then did they warn me about putting them next to a cell phone. :confused3

I had to get THREE new cards when we were there in February. The rain was so terrible that it soaked through my bag and ruined it over and over. However, don't worry, they are very accommodating and will make new cards as needed.
