Booked Package - Nothing in mail?

I didn't know where to put this so sorry if in wrong place.

I booked a package about 3 weeks ago. I thought last time (2014) I got a nice package with a magnet with reminder dates etc.

I haven't received anything but an email receipt. Does this just come later or do they not do it anymore? It came with a book explaining Fast Pass and was kind of personalized.

The only reason I really was wondering is last time we surprised the kids and didn't tell them until the day before. So they never got to see that stuff. Lol.

I did not get a package with a magnet. About a month later I got an envelope that said "your vacation starts here" and had the dates inside a brochure.

I didnt receive the nice package either, our trip is next month and last night i received our Magical Express Tags and a separate envelope with a brochure book / coupons and a little "welcome" postcard note. I received a notice that our Magic Bands shipped this morning.

They don't send the magnets anymore.

You'll receive a book and on the last page (or maybe the back) will be the 'important' dates!

For our October 2015 trip- we got all the booklets in the mail- the welcome one and the important dates. When we got home, I got the cute sketch for MM too.
This last trip in January- nothing!

Sept 2016 trip I got a booklet after booking with important dates. Got DME info 2 months before. Got magic bands a month before. Got a Mickey sketch and thank you card after our trip.
