Booked our ressies

WOOHOO. We just booked our ressies for the fort June 20th thru the 28th. We will be tent camping so hopefully it wont be to hot, but it is still DISNEY!!!!

Congrats on the ressie..now the hardest part is the waiting. Regarding the heat in the tent, we picked up a battery powered fan at Walmart that keeps some air movement in our TT (when the air conditioner isn't running). I believe the cost was minimal (maybe about $12). Check them out; they may help..Let the countdown begin

And in Florida.....keep those tents zipped up and closed during the day despite the heat. Don't know if you are familiar with the daily showers that can pop up unexpectedly there and you don't want to come home to find everything soaked.

Noooooo, noooooo, noooooo, do not zip any tent up tight!! If your tent is made properly and set up properly, you should be able to leave the windows unzipped some and still not get rain in. If you close it up completely, the inside will be soaked just from the humidity. Keep some cross ventilation going and run a fan during the day!!

Same thing at night, keep some cross ventilation going. Your own breathing creates lots of humidity.

It will be raining INSIDE your tent.
