It was the VA sale obviously all the cheaper tickets had gone so we went for the later flight which still had the cheaper tickets

Blimey!!!!!!!!!! £110 each - we booked with miles plus money when the 11 month window opened - I think we paid £1950 for 3 adults 1 child.

Never mind, I guess I might bump into you at the airport - I'll look for a cat drinking Zinfandel!!!!! who looks like a guru on all things travel related.

The £110 was for PE tickets though.

PE - that makes sense now!!!

£1950 probably looked a little steep for ours too - should have mentioned we're flying Economy out and PE home. Took your recent seat recommendations seriously and prebooked the back 2 rows of 2 in the upper section - the 2 behind the stairwell had already gone.

Keeping our fingers crossed for on the way out too - cause we have the first 2 rows of 2 at the back of the plane (you know .... the PE seats in economy).
