since the water park tickets increased $5 each the other day, I figure the reg parks are a possiblilty as well. We have our quote for a December stay...will that lock in the ticket price if it goes up? I would think yes, but one never knows!

I don't know that I'd assume that, especially if you haven't booked it yet...or have you, the "quote" throws me off.

I know, in the past, when I've booked a package & the ticket prices increased in August, we had paid for our package in full in July, so we didn't owe anymore...but not sure if you haven't paid in full what would happen?? I want to say there is some verbiage on the documents that say Disney has the right to change the price at anytime?? I could be wrong though, but I would call & ask to find out for sure...

Don't know much about the discount codes, but I'm always looking for a better priced deal than what I've already got. Can you tel me what the 'GOOFY' code is for? Just for tickets? for the whole package? Thanks very much!

This is a brief excerpt from the Terms and Conditions I received after booking my package.
"Terms and Conditions Effective for arrivals January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. Prices: All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until package is paid in full. After package is paid in full, package price is subject to change due to imposition of taxes or other charges of governmental authorities."

Your package will NOT increase in price if its already booked

Am I misunderstanding the Terms and Conditions? I am reading them to mean that if the price increases before my package is paid in full, my package price may increase.

Yes it may, as any company in the world that offers something has to have that policy. But Disney will not raise the price of your package if its already booked. They also have a policy that states if you change your package within 45 days of travel there is a $50 change fee. However if that change increases the price of your package Disney will waive that fee

Thanks everyone, to clarify, I have booked, putting down $200 deposit, but I have not paid it off. I mean, if tix go up it won't make or break our trip but just wondering.

Wondering if someone can tell me what the 'GOOFY' code is good for? % off the room, free dining, etc.? Thanks!

The 'GOOFY' codes are PIN codes that were send out to random (?) people. There were several different ones that went out including free dining, kids 3-9 play and stay free, adults play at kid prices and buy 5 nights get 2 free. The code is only good for the person indicated on the email and is not transferable.
