Booked on French site - when do tickets arrive?

We have booked our trip through the French website, and are due to arrive 3 weeks tomorrow. I have received confirmation emails etc but no sign of tickets yet, when should I expect these to be emailed to me?

You have reserved a package - hotel etc ? If so you won't get anything via email it will be given to you at the hotel when you check in

Ah ok thank you I assumed I'd get a email ticket etc but I just take my booking reference number to check in do I?
