It should be that when you check into your hotel you pick up your tixs then I believe. Have you paid the balance on your package? The last time we went to disney everything was ready for pick up when we checked in.

You didn't mention your travel dates.

Final balance is due 45 days before arrival. Final documents get sent to you about 30 days before. Tickets will be on your room key when you check in.

yes it's all paid---going in 2 weeks....just dont want any hiccups...we'venever bought a pkg before so just being cautious~
