Booked ME...but it does not show up on site??????

I called Disney and booked my ME for my flight but it is not appearing on the website that it is booked. Is that usual?

After making our hotel and ME reservations on the phone, I checked Disney online, and did not see our ME flight info listed either, so I called CRO. The travel info was re-entered, and appeared online a day or two later on our reservation under Transportation. I would call CRO, just to make sure.
