Ok next step...I booked a no frills room (ie no view) because I am only staying one night. I have a room in one of the 'Pavilion buildings' which is in the center, right? I've looked at the resort map and it looks like I would want bldg #3 or #4?

Does HOJO take room requests and if they do, which building should I ask for. My main goal is easy access to walking to the parks. Beyond that, I'm not very picky. What building would you request?

Thanks!!

Yes they take room requests. I have never stayed in the Pavillion buildings but will be in a couple of weeks. Jennifer at Hojo recommended building 4 for us.:thumbsup2

Thanks! Please post when you get back what you thought of that building. I didn't reserve with Jennifer like I should have and didn't get any feedback from the person I did talk to. Have a great time!!!

All those buildings are so close together, that I don't believe it will make much of a difference in distance. The only building I would not want to be in is the one that overlooks the Pirate Play area, and that's just for noise purposes.

We stayed in bldg 4 in the pavilion rooms. We liked it so much that when we just booked the HoJo for 2 weeks from now we asked for the same bldg! :) We are hoping for the same room actually but who knows if that will work out. Bldg 4 is the one closest to the parking lot but really they are all pretty close together. And the one near the pirate play area would only be noisy during the day, so that won't matter if you're at the parks. :)

I talked to Jennifer today and put in my request for building #4. Thanks for your recommendation.
