At last we have booked our 'adult only' trip we have been longing for :cool1: Granny has agreed to look after the kids and DH & I are off to Orlando on 12th November for a week :woohoo:

Got what we think was a great deal on PE seats with Virgin - £575 each - we usually just travel economy but as it is just the two of us thought a wee treat was in order.

Never been in November - any chance of me getting a bit of sun or is it a bit of a mixed bag like December?

Tracey :goodvibes

Well done on booking - PE will be great too, what a lovely treat :thumbsup2

I think you will get some nice weather, normally November can be a bit cool in the morning's and evening's, but would guess on average it would be in the mid 70s.

Tracey, great news. You will love PE it really spoils you. Have you pre booked your seats? We are going in November for the first time too. I expect it to be a bit hotter than December.:)

Yep we have booked upstairs seats - row 80 at the top of the stairs after reading that these are supposedly good ones.

Upstairs is definitely better, and quieter. We have downstairs seats booked for next March purely because we wanted to sit together - Joshua likes to be sat between his mum and dad ;)

YAY! We will be there then as well. We leave on the 10th November for 15 nights.

You will love P.E. I had to cancel my upgrade for my upcoming trip in 17 days :sad2:

We booked the flights through Virgin Atlantic rather than Virgin Holidays - was going to check the price with VH but the call centre had closed by the time we were getting round to booking (closed 6pm on a Sunday) and the PE offer was only supposed to be on until Sunday night.

Will have to get round to booking Flybe (more convenient as we are in Bangor) but not sure if I will put the bags straight through from Belfast or not yet. On the way back will be a different story though - we never see our bags until Georgie Best Airport :goodvibes

Hello,

We are also flying on 12th November with Virgin PE on flight VS027 on the upper deck in row78, is this the same flight as you?

Flybe are handy for us too from the city airport. I have never been able to check our bags through on the way out, always had to pick them up at Gatwick. It's great being able to check the bags through on the way back.:)

No unfortunately we are on the later one - mainly due to having to get a flight over from Belfast first thing that morning :)
