Yay!!! Booked my flight down on Airtran for $79, Lehigh Valley Int'l Airport (15mins from my house - WOOT!) to Orlando.
We'll get in around 8:07, ME to Pop for 1 night room only PIN for 35% off then we'll go to Beach Club bright and early in the morning.
In the past we've flown out of Newark, NJ at 6 or 7a and stayed in a Newark hotel o/n. This way we are skipping the hassle and expensive parking/hotels of Newark and staying in WDW the night before our first "day" of vacation. I think we will like this much better.
Local airport is 15 minutes as opposed to 90-120 minutes for Newark or Philly.
We'll book our return flight when the schedule comes out. They've been releasing one week at a time.
I've heard some negatives about Air Tran (flight schedules changing mostly)... But, out of Allentown there seems to be very little movement since they only have 1 flight/day that they fly. We shall see!
Funny how it never seems real until you book that non-refundable air.
