I just got the new Disney Visa Dream Maker Package without the insert code!!!Got my same dates for Contemporary full concierge and silver add on for $2,000 less. I can't believe it--I called the regular number, told them I had a new Disney Visa( I got it in December) and wanted to know if there were any new special offers. The CM asked for the code, I didn't have it so she pulled it up from the computer. I lost my 100 Disney dollars and I'll probably lose another $80 in trip insurance, but I'll still save $1800. The CM could not have been nicer and more accomodating. I believe her name was Marcia--pronounced Mar- see-a.
However, I'm also going to hang on to my old reservation for a while--just in case.

I just tried to pull the new reservation up on the Disney site--does that mean it's not real??

I can't bring up my new reservation either through their website.
But when I call they have it. They weren't able to bring it through
the confirmation # I was given. They looked it up through my name and phone #.

I'm not sure if it takes them awhile to log everything onto their website....I know I called back after making the reservations to make sure they really were in the computer *LOL* And to be honest, I plan to call tomorrow as well. Once I get written confirmation, then I will amend my original reservation (we will actually keep the first day of that ressie and add it to this reservation). Hope you have a GREAT time!

Now I'm worried again! My reservations are exactly the same except for the confirmation number, price and the day I made them. I'm afraid they'll cancel the wrong one or both, if they can't pull it up by confirmation number. My name should be eeyore!!

if you made your reservation on the phone it usually will not show up on the internet, thats what a cm told me anyway

We made reservations on the phone last March and May for trips this May and June and we can see them on Disney's website. I think though there might be a delay so wait and see if your reservations show up tomorrow before you panic. Hopefully it'll all work out okay--just wish we could use the deal for one of our stays!

I'm worried now too. I just read on another thread that if you
were lucky enough to get the new package without being offered it specially you might not really have it. According to the other
thread a Disney CM told them that they not able to book it unless they specifically were offered the deal. And if they were to give it to them and they booked it their rate would change once Disney checks their database against Bankone's. Do you think this is possible??????????

Call in the morning and check to see if your reservation exists in the system and request that they send/fax you written confirmation of same. Don't know of any other way to insure that it is "real"........and to be honest, I am not cancelling my original reservation until I am SURE that all is well
