I recently added the DDP to our reservation (we're staying on a friends points at SSR) and now I'm having second thoughts about whether or not it will be a good value for us. We are cancelling our ADR for Yachtsman which will leave us with 1 TS credit that we don't have a ressie for and I'm nervous we won't be able to walk in and get seated somewhere decent during our stay. Our remaining TS credits are going to Crystal Palace breakfast, SciFi lunch, and San Angel dinner, but is that a good use of our credits? Looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance!

I found the DDP to be a great value. You really may want to find an TS to go to even if it's at your resort and get an ADR. Good Luck!

DDP is well worth it to my family. Like disneydreamin-gang said try a TS at your resort or another resort. We are fond of Whispering Canyon Cafe at the WL and O'hana at the Poly.

I think it's totally worth it too, but now that we're not going to Yachtsman, I'm just worried that we won't get the value out of the plan. We leave on Saturday and I've been calling to get ressies at Whispering Canyon, O'hana, Concourse or anywhere for that matter and nothing is available at times that work for us! That's why I'm nervous. Anyone had any luck with walk up seating at the more popular TS restaurants?

Ask the CM when you call "what is available for our part at ____ (Time)" this may get you a good place.

As far as walk ups: :confused3 Sorry don't know.

The DDP is definitly worth it. You probabally could do disney food for the same price but you would be eating a small sandwich or chicken fingers every meal. I think it is a great value, because I cant say enough how important that hour to sit relax and enjoy some AC of a TS resturant can reenergize you.
