Booked Bounceback!!

Were you able to book a standard room at CBR? I just booked bounce back at CBR as well and they forced me to take a preferred room. Now that I am home, I looked up the price and it is $500 more for preferred over standard, which eats a BIG chunk of my savings. He said I could keep calling and try to switch it. It's for next August so I am thinking that they are trying to fill up the preferred rooms first... I am planning to call A LOT until I can get standard!

We really wanted CBR but they only had pirate rooms for our dates in June. I had to take POR garden view instead.

That's all I could get for December too, but to me, preferred is worth it at CBR. The dates aren't showing standards on the website at all, even full price??!! Not sure what's going on, are they holding them back? I just figured out that even with the preferred room and forced park hoppers, I'm still saving a ton. We just paid OOP for food this trip we just returned from, and we spent $200-250 a day on food. So I'm trying to tell myself it's still a great deal and we will be guaranteed a good room location.
