Booked BC concierge -First Timer

We are DVC members who are out of points and jonesing for another trip. The kids are out of school Sept 16 and 17 so we booked BC concierge for a 4 day getaway, garden view on an AP rate. (We also got 136 bucks on airfare on AA out of ORD!)

Lots of people have raved about concierge, what can we expect? Is the room really big enough for 5, (2 adults, three girls, 10,10 and 7) with that day bed?

Can our concierge get us Cindy's breaky? Needless to say, we are too excited and want to surprise the girls...

You should fit fine in teh room as long as you aren't planning on spending a ton of time there.

I would NOT count on the BC concierge getting Cindy's. Ask them to try, but try yourself as well.

We enjoyed the BC, some of the concierge CM's really made the trip for us. I'm not keen on the "style" of the lounge there, which is really my only complaint.
