I read Dana Carpender's "How I Gave Up My Low-Fat Diet and Lost 40 Pounds" book this weekend! Wow - what a great book! It explains so many things - in such a simple (and humurous!) way!
This book is great for people on (or thinking about) low-carb diets, as well as people on low-fat or other types of diets! She really explains how fat, carbs, sugars, and chemicals react in your body to make you gain or lose weight! I highly recommend it!
