Book UK free dining from US for 2016?

Are you spending two weeks or more there? Nope.

It's pretty easy to figure out the economics of it all. Americans aren't going to spend the same kind of money to go to Disney Paris or while in the area as UK folks do here.

But there are plenty of Americans who visit disney world for two weeks at a time as well. If you have guest who are willing to purchase the those packages, why not allow them to do so?


I honestly don't care about the other discount, (military, florida resident....). Those discounts are just crumbs compared to the discounts/packages our friends across the pond can book. Those are the deals I want in on.

If you're staying more than 10 days, buy an AP. There are plenty of options for Americans.

The cost comparison between UK guests and American guests just isn't there. It's pointless to argue that it is. Clearly the research Disney has done, conversion rates, etc all point to XYZ discounts going to these guests. At the end of the day, they don't need to offer those discounts to Americans. Hell, they probably don't need to offer what they do now. If you want in on them, move. Logically, I'm sure you can figure out why they get them and we don't. That's why you don't care about the other deals you're excluded from.

I mean really, this is frankly just boiling down to complaining about not getting something that someone else does. My kids know better than that. We all want the best deals and to get the most bang for our buck. Fair doesn't always mean equal.
