Book Tiffany's by Web or by phone?

Since Tiffany Town Car seems to be having some email issues, is it safe to book through the web? Should I call instead to book?

Not sure about booking with an email but I booked through the website and noted my requests. I got a confirmation within a few hours. 2 weeks ago our flights changed and I emailed them with the changes and repeated my requests (we need a van, have the Passporter coupon and would like a grocery stop). I got an email within 24 hours confirming the changes. I haven't had any email issues, but I plan to call 48 hours before and confirm everything.

I always call to book, then I call a few days before we leave to make sure they have the ressie. Have not used the website.

I used the website and then called about three days later to make sure they understood we were going to be dropped off at one resort and picked up at another . She told me everything she had for our reservation and it was exactly as I input it on website. so I was a bit relieved.

I did get an email confirmation. I will confirm again about two days before trip.

Thanks, I did book through the web and got an immediate email back. I put in for a van and a grocery stop. Should I call now to confirm that they have this info, or is 2 days before enought time?
