I'm trying to book my seats on the Virgin Atlantic website but it doesn't seem to recognise my Virgin Holidays Booking Reference.

Any Advice??

Thanks :)
Phil

It didn't recognise my reference either, I rang them up and they gave me my e-ticket number and you can access it that way.

I hope that helps :goodvibes

If you give VH a call they will be able to tell you the VA ref number - it will contain numbers and letters!:goodvibes

When you put your VH reference in it always says it can't locate your flight. If you scroll down a little and look slightly to the left (more in the centre of the screen) it asks for your flight number, departure date, etc. Once you complete those fields it should let you in and if you look at the top of the screen when you access your booking you will see your VA number.

Thanks Everyone :)

I had been give the wrong Flight Locator Code!
Sorted Now :)
