Try Jim Korkis' books. Lots of little-known facts and history of the parks.

Not a book, but have you watched The Imagineering Story on Disney+? The American Experience: Walt Disney is also great, but focuses more on Walt's life than the parks.

A really good, funny one is Ears of Steel by Bart Scott. Love his humor!

The Imagineer Guides to the park books are fantastic ! Not sure they still print, but Amazon or ebay might have copies--- they made one for each of the parks and they are great ! The AK one is my fave

I just got “Walt Disney imagineering : a behind the dreams look at making the magic real” by The Imagineers from the library. Literally written by Imagineers. Lots of info and pictures and sketches. Very interesting and entertaining. Totally recommend it .

The Imagineering book is great. Next up on my list that is Designing Disney’s Theme Parks and the holidays book.

It's specific to Haunted Mansion but you might like Boundless Realm by Foxx Nolte. It has comparisons of the different mansions, interesting history of the changes over time and behind the scenes info as the author was a HM CM
