We are we taking a cruise May 10, wondering if we are taking a chance by not booking the June 5, 2016 Brithisn Isles cruise before than ? Will this be sold out by than, we would like to get the cruise discount. How soon after you board the ship can you book cruises?

If you're looking to get the onboard booking benefits, keep in mind that the June 5, 2016 British Isles cruise is currently listed as a blackout date cruise. My understanding is that you'll be able to get the reduced deposit benefit and the shipboard credit, but you will not get the 10% discount on the fare.

I would book now. As ImprovGal mentioned, that cruise is blacked out for the 10% discount. I'm pretty sure I read that all stateroom categories are already in GTY status and fares have increased dramatically since opening day.

It is a blackout date, and they are in GTY status already. We are booked for that one (on opening day) and just looked the other day and the fares have gone up already.

Yeah, even if it *wasn't* in blackout status...we booked our 2015 Baltic cruise on opening day and then tried to rebook on the Greek Isles cruise a couple of months later. It had already gone up around $1400, so it was not worth it to rebook.
