Hey. I want to plan a trip for 1/7-1/18 and I saved a few options at wdw site this am.
1. Two rooms at CBR
goodvibes) or POR (Queen Beds!!). Wow - prices have gone up!!
2. Three rooms at ASMu - a bed for everyone and three bathrooms = pretty luxurious and less $ (about $750!) than 2 rooms at a moderate. We know the resort since we stayed in the Family Suite a few yeas ago (my husband and I loved it but the kids felt very cramped, compared to 2 rooms at CBR) and wouldn't mind the grounds/pool/etc. being a little less than a mod since we'd be saving money.
However. Dining brings up some more questions!
If we just pay for food we will pay the same, no matter where we stay.
1. If we get free dining...it seems that the upgrade from QS (if we stay at a value) will eat up all our savings and more. I think it would actually be cheaper to stay at the mod then!
2. If we buy the dining plan, can we get the regular one (not WS or Deluxe) while staying at a value?
3. Is there any danger in waiting to book till they announce about Free Dining (probably by the fall, I hope!)?
