Warm is relative, right? Warmer in the summer than in Feb. Most of the time. Some of the time. Maybe.

We talked about the Oregon coast last night at dinner. I think we may also look into Lake Chelan too. We had a great time there last summer and much shorter drive. However, we love the tax free shopping in Oregon.....

We went to Hawaii in January so our summer trip needs to be very budget friendly!

I like Chelan a lot. It is closer to be sure although that Lake is DARN cold! Weather is better though...usually. It books up fast though, that's always been our challenge with it.

OMG seriously unreal. I swear I gained 2 pounds just making it but it was so incredible. I made it for my dinner club and every single person wanted the recipe. I wish I'd taken a picture once it was plated, with the 2 different sauces, it was prettier on the plate.

Thank you Tracy for remembering I loved this, seeing the recipe and emailing it to me!

I actually wrote an update titled "Ger, I think I love you" on that trip report. And boy, do I ever! Kind of a fun side note on this. I've actually only eaten it at RR once, back in 2010. My girlfriend and her mom joined us for dinner. She is a sorority sister. My dinner group is all from my sorority as well and my friend who joined us for dinner was part of that group before she moved back to Savannah. So it was kind of cool to have had this, with her, and then serve it to the rest of our friends and have everyone love it. A little Disney food circle lol!

What's happening April 14-15? Jeff's timing leaves a lot to be desired at times.

Loved the picture of Seattle with the snowmen. I think you guys had more snow this winter than we did. Our only snow day this school year was on Halloween.

We may still get some more! Nothing of consequence but we've had a fair amount of "slain" as the kids have been calling it (aka raining slush).

Very impressive that you knew the dates! Although I imagine as it gets closer we'll all hear about it. Too funny. The kids have seen the movie and were mad at themselves, last time we rewatched it (not all that long ago) that they didn't do the "king of the world" re-enactment on the Wonder.

I doubt they will remember to do it on the Dream either.

I'm thankful he didn't bring up the Allegra incident, that might have freaked them out far (from a probability standpoint) more than the freak crazy captain driving into a rock.

It was insane. Absolutely insane. In a good way. I really should make another as I've lots of extra sauce but I don't need the temptation. I really really don't need the temptation! Am really cracking down on diet and exercise, I have lost so much ground between the stupid neck injury and the sinus surgery it is beyond depressing. Then again so is the thought of 1200 calories a day
