Book for tweens

I went to my school's book fair yesterday and bought several books for my kids so they'll have some new books to read on our long drive to Orlando at the end of May. One of the books I found is called The Kindom Keepers. It's about a group of young teens at WDW who get caught up in a conflict with Disney Villains and have to save WDW. It sounds a lot like the Kingdom Hearts Playstation game but I'm not sure about that. Anyway, my 12 and 13 year old boys thought it looked awesome and are looking forward to reading it. It's probably about a 6th grade reading level and is published by Scholastic. I think I paid $5.00 for it.

Wow! This book sounds great. My children's school has a book day at Barnes and Noble on Monday. I have added this to my list of books to buy. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip My son loves to read, but he is at that tween age too (11) and it's difficult at times to find books that are suitable. These sound great -- I am going to have to check these out for him

Hi! I bought the first one to save for DD10. She's a little young and over-imaginative for it right now. I think 12 to 13 is about right.

I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. Cool that it was about WDW. Some of the plot devices were a little weak, but lots of action!

I'm going to take it with me the next time we go to WDW so I can 'see' all the action!

We had a book fair last night. They must love to see us coming!
