book for Epcot

I have just completed our character autograph book for our December trip. I am wondering if anyone has ever created their own book or pages for the Epcot kid center. If I understand correctly, each country might write the childs name in the native language (or at least a note or something).

I would rather not buy the passport but am stumped at ideas for creating something myself.

I have seen a book with space for a person to sign from that country that also had trivia questions for the child to answer and search for as they walked around the world showcase.
