Book direct or through travel site

We're about to head to Hong Kong to check off the last of the theme park resorts on our list! We normally book direct through Disney on our trips, but I am finding some better (seemingly much better) rates right now for Disneyland Hotel and Explorer Lodge on some other sites, like Expedia. Any reason NOT to book through these sites for HK? Do they same onsite hotel guest benefits apply if not booked direct? Thanks!

Other than small terms in the cancellation policy and stuff, there isn't much difference. The stay won't count in your Disney account so if you visit the hotel a second time in the same year, you won't be entitled to the "Welcome Back" button and coupons. The coupons are like 10% off food at the hotel so nothing too spectacular.
