I just finished The Tentmaker by Clay Reynolds. Its a western set in West Texas.

Am currently reading Exit To Eden by Anne Rice writing as Anne Rampling. Got it from my 19 year old neice who would probably be embarrassed if she knew that I had it. She was going to put a bunch of books in a garage sale this Fall and I went through them to borrow. Her mom doesn't know what's in this book. Very hot and steamy. Wondering if I should even be reading it though I have gotten a hold of worse......

You should read Rice's "Sleeping Beauty Chronicles", if you haven't already... Now those books are shocking!

I just finished "Wicked" by Gregory Maguire... Very interesting (fictional) book about the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz. It tells "her side" of the story, from her birth to eventual death. So imaginative, you won't be able to put it down. Who knew that the Wizard was actually an evil dictator?

I just finished Fallen Angels. Man, what a book! It was amazing!

I read that one too. Very strange, but I liked the ending!

I'm reading Carry Me Home: Birmingham, Alabama -- The climatic Battle of the Civil Rights Movement by Diane McWhorter.
If anyone is interested in teh Civil Rights Movement or this time of our history, this is a great book!
