I remember there being a bookclub on the disunplugged podcast boards..is it still going on?

looking to read a new book and having trouble deciding what to read next. currentlyy reading unbroken by hillenbrand but almost done maybe the book club would make that decision for me. thanks

Reading The Paris Wife by Paula McLain now.

I'm really enjoying it.

It's about Hemingway's time in Paris during the 1920's.

I'm late to the party on this one, but I'm currently reading The Hunger Games Trilogy. I can not put it down.

I just finished The Help, and loved that as well. The movie didn't differ too far from the book.

I'm just reading the hunger games myself. I started book 3 today before the kindle fire died:rotfl: I also just read the girl with the dragon tattoo. I have a toddler so I blame him on my being so behind on these series!

I have steered clear of the DIS Book Club in the capacity it was in due to lack of activity. I think it's a great idea to have a thread where we comment on what books we are reading thus providing ideas for new ones. The Hunger Games was one of our most recent selections. I really enjoyed it! :thumbsup2

Thank you for the book recommendation kevin..i am going to look into it.

I read the hunger games I loved them..I truly was sad when I finished them I really enjoyed all 3 books very much

Just finished today the Sookie Stackhouse books, OMG loved it.. (HBO's True Blood) I have sweet dreams of Eric Northman  LOL

I'm reading Stephen King's new novel "11/22/63". I'm really liking it so far!

Sayhello

I have not started reading it but I picked up The Night Circus on recommendation by a friend.

A friend just lent me O Little Town by Don Reid, I haven't started it yet, but she loved it. I went to Amazon to check the author's name and noticed right now it's free read for Kindle.

I just finished The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloots. It was absolutely fascinating.
I love true stories.
