As awesome as that would be, there's no way I could make it out in January I'm already heading to DLR in June and WDW next November, so there's no way

This isn't trip related, but my mom and I started decorating for Halloween last night. We have one of those big inflatable things, so we put that up, among other things. It's three ghosts coming out of a pumpkin. We also have lights and other things hanging, and some things in windows.

Then we found another one at Walgreen's and bought it and put it up just before it started pouring this morning. So this is a picture of some of our Halloween decorations:

We don't have anything like that over here.....Halloween is NOT big in Oz.

We love Halloween in our house Our decorations don't get as insane as my aunt's do, but it's still pretty well decorated. We do similar stuff for Christmas, too.

Christmas decorations here are getting as big as in the US. And because it is summer, we do get out and about to enjoy the lights.

I try and decorate for Halloween because we have a few kids that do come trick or treating. But I'm an exception in the neighbourhood.

There are actually only about four houses on my street that are decorated and one of them is the house next to us A second is a block down, and the third is us. I think there's a fourth, but I'm not sure.

I love the Halloween decorations! I go a little Halloween crazy at work, my room is full of Halloween stuff, I even have lights up!

i LOVE halloween. It is by far my favorite holiday which is why I was so set on going to MNSSHP and why, one way or another, I will probably go next year too (and the year after that etc) Love your decorations! I am so excited for your big trip! Can't wait to hear all about it!

Hi! That's pretty funny that we're there at the same time, same resort, and same airline So far, the forecast is good, but we'll see. Florida weather is almost as iffy as Chicago weather! Thanks for stopping by!

The decorations are cute, I wish I had time for that stuff!

Honestly, I think it only took about an hour and a half, maybe less. It really didn't take that long, since the inflatable things just stake into the ground. We also have some styrofoam gravestones, a couple of things hanging from the gutters, and lights and ghosts on the porch. There are some ghosts hanging in the ivy, too, which looks pretty neat
