Thanks for posting those! It did help

My other day of vacation got approved, so, come October, I'll be off of work for TWELVE WHOLE DAYS. I'll leave work at at 7am on October 20, and won't have to come back until 7pm November 1.
I just hope that they DO finally hire some new people, because there's obviously no way I'm coming in if they forget that I'm on vacation and call me. They did that to one of the day shift workers last week. They forgot to get someone to cover her shift, and then didn't tell anyone that she was on vacation, so the other two women on her shift called in, leaving no one coming in at 7am. I was joking with my coworker tonight that if they call me while I'm on vacation, I'll just be like "...screw you, I'm in line for Space Mountain *click*"
Hopefully the fare won't go up by then. That would suck. I plan on making a Dollar Tree run at some point and picking up a few things. I'm thinking about picking up glow sticks, too, for the parties. Not sure yet.
If this actually happens, I have some ideas for surprises that I want to do. So, yeah. We'll see what happens with that. When I told my sister about it, she was like "What's so special about Disney, why can't we do it in Hawaii?"
And my dad wants to fly camping gear down so he can just camp at Fort Wilderness
I suggested they just rent an RV if they want to camp, since that would probably be better for them. Plus, then they could bring Delilah and we wouldn't have to worry about boarding her anywhere.
.The glow sticks are a fabulous idea.....I picked some up from Michaels for my last trip. There were about 12 sticks in the pack with connectors. We connected 3 sticks together to make necklaces; and looped individual sticks together to make bracelets. We all looked out of this world! The packs at Michaels were about $1 each.
If you should decide to pick some up and happen to throw in a couple of extra packs, I'm good to reimburse you with some money. We should be able to use them for the two MNSSHP nights. And that means I can just wear black and with the glow sticks, that should be costume-y enough
.
You could be a glow fairy!

That would be awesome! So a couple days ago I told you that I would post my pics from F&W last year. Snapfish is cooperating again so here's a link to the pics.

Hope these give you an idea!
I wonder if we could convince LuvChefMic to love them too? Imagine us as fairy godmothers; each with a different wand.....and then we could go as a different godmother on the next night, with a different wand!

I couldn't get in (didn't want to sign up) are the pics posted anywhere in your TRs or just the link?
I hadn't joined the DIS yet when I went on that trip, so I hadn't done a TR for that one...
Luvchefmic already has a "real" wand from CRT the fairy godmother herself gave it to me !![]()

I haven't had a proper vacation in YEARS, and I really need one
I'm so counting the days. I really hope the family reunion works out. I want a picture of everyone in front of the castle, you know?i LOVE your plans. I also think it's great that your trip keeps getting longer and longer![]()
i know how you feel about losing weight. right after i had my son, i wasn't working and losing weight seemed easy! as soon as i started working, it was harder to eat healthy and exercise etc. my goal is to lose 20 pounds before my fall trip. 9 weeks or so to go! i'd really like to lose 25, but we will see. then i want to lose another 15 before my december trip. i was on vacation this past week and people would take pics of me and my son and i just hated the way i looked! our whole family is dieting though, so that helps. i can't wait to read more of your plans! i will be updating mine tomorrow, but i am lucky enough that i am leaving work early tonight, so it will have to wait!
It's staying the way it is for now, though. Seven days at Disney and five at home. It's totally worth it, and I can't wait for it to get here.
Good luck with your weight loss! I'll make sure to check out your PTR when you post

Yes! A picture of your whole family in front of the castle would be amazing!!![]()
I'm also going to plan at least two family dinners that I'd like everyone to be at, and a special surprise at Epcot
I think it'll be a lot of fun
