Hi all! Grandkids 8/5/3 really want to dress up and trick or treat, but I couldn't get passes to the 10/31 Boo Bash. 😢😢😢

What would you recommend as an alternative?

Would any other theme park have trick or treating?
We are staying at Windsor Island - do these resorts do trick or treating? Or do any Disney resorts do trick or treating?
Fort Wilderness as a non-guest? (Yeah, I'm guessing probably not LOL)
Does Disney Springs have trick or treating?
Legoland?
Sea World?
We might be at Universal on Halloween Day... do they have trick or treating during the day?

Just racking my brain for best Boo Bash alternatives. Any help is super appreciated!!

Yeah I know HHN is scary but thought I saw somewhere that they have a daytime trick or treat? Didn't know if that would be worth doing...

Sea World or Legoland.

Disney Springs use to have trick or treat when my oldest was little, but not for years.

Some of the resorts do trick or treating and have Halloween events, you should be able to look up past event calendars from October. I think Fort Wilderness also does some Halloween specific stuff!

Hi Raychell,

We're thinking of staying at Windsor Island but have found almost nothing online about it in the way of reviews. Do you have any opinions on it?

We'd be going in December so I'm also curious to know if the clubhouse pools/lazy river/etc. are heated at all.

Thanks,

Dan.

They won't be able to get into Fort Wilderness for Halloween, it is normally limited to guests at the Fort. And they have enforced it. Staying off site makes it even more unlikely. However, you are correct, the Fort does do some great stuff - that's why it's so hard to get in on Halloween.
