Bonus AP - $67.00

i did not receive it but i have the pap.
the power pass doesn't have enough to offer me since i do not live local.
you don't get the discounts, parking and it has black out dates.

maybe for someone that lived locally, it would work for them.
it usually goes for $119 so a person would get 50 off with that coupon. a person/family that goes regularly for the parks, might come out ahead with this deal. but then, you have the parking costs each time.

i just read about AAA for one office doing the buy the pap by june XX and get a second year free promo.
it's not a promo in my area but the south club area one poster told me.

It would work well for a familly! Only one person would need the PAP. Oh well, we all have our AP's but this coulda worked for our renewals.
I did the AAA buy one year PAP get one free a few times, thats a great deal too.:thumbsup2

Did anyone get the coupon for this offer in the mail? Thats a nice deal! I'm guessing it will be a Florida based mailing.:sad1:

I did got it. It`s a postcard with a voucher with a name and adress on the voucher. So only the Floridian with that name or any Floridian with a driver liscense with same address can purchase these ( up to 6 ) power passes for 67.00.

I did not put any attention since I already have a annual pass and bought 3 power passes for 120.00 each and had never activated them. I wonder if I can take the voucher and the 3 power passes to get some of my money back. Maybe exchange 3 power passes for 6 power passes? Do they all six people(Floridian) have to be present to obtain the power passes? Of course I know that once I downgrade my power passes they (new power pass with voucher) will automatic become active for June ??? forgot the date on voucher, but I am not sure if this can be done (exchange them for 6 or downgrade them for 67.00 each).
Where the heck is the Phantom So I can ask her this question?

Why did I received this voucher? I think because I bought 9, 5 days universal passes last year. Because they know I have 1 annual pass, and 3 unactive power pass. Because I have the universal master card. maybe, I am a Florida resident.I also got the similar voucher with great discount last year about this time, so this makes me eligible for promo 2 times/years in a row. Keep them coming!

i have had the UO MC since 2002 and never got the postcard you described.
probably because you are a floridian resident?

It never hurts to ask. The annual passes you bought are non-refundable but it certainly wouldn't hurt to ask at Guest services. The worst that can happen is they can tell you "no."

No, if you are purchasing them, they don't have to be there. Just make sure you know their address, phone number, and birth dates for an activated AP.

Why did I received this voucher?

It was sent to certain FL demographics.

Thanks for your fast reply/answers!
I meant to say that I want to keep my 2 year annual pass, plus it is already activated.

My power passes are not active, yet.

But I was asking if I can exchange a power pass($120.00) for a power pass(67.00)?

Yes, I know that once I exchanged them(power passes, if it is possible to do so) They (power pass, I have 3 of them) will be active by June 2007.

Update:Info about the power pass I have: Must obtain photo id. 2 park power pass.Ticket not valid after first admission. node:xxx serial:xxxxx plu:xxxxxxxxxx
....and there is no expiration or activation date on these.

That was what I was answering. You don't "exhange." Your power passes would have to be refunded and then you would purchase new Power Passes. The tickets (or inactivated Annual Passes) are non-refundable. It wouldn't hurt to ask but don't be disappointed if they aren't able to do it for you.

They don't do photo's anymore. You go to guest services and they will process the pass.

Wow, that was a fast answer! I was logging out of Disney and saw your reply.
OK thanks. Bye

We didn't get the offer either. :( We usually get UO's offers, but not this time. I missed out on the Bealls promo last summer, because I was being slack. :sad2: Now, it looks like I'm gonna miss out on this one too. Do you think we have a chance of seeing another 2-for-1 promo this summer (i.e. Bealls)? I'm holding off till the last minute hoping for one. :wizard:

There is a 2 for 1 deal going on right now at AAA but you have to go to a AAA south location (and be a member of AAA) to get the deal. The details were posted in the thread that is linked to in the first post of this thread. In my view thats currently the best deal available and it can be purchased through the end of August.

Just in case AAA South covers Florida, Georgia, and the western two-thirds of Tennessee.

yup that is good news for that region of AAA holders.

i posted some of that info on another thread.

right now if you sign up for AAA on line, the enrollment fee of $30 is waived.
it is now $54 for the member and if you add others in your household there is an additional charge of $11.50

it's worth it to get aaa just for the ap deal that is going on now.

Thanks for the reminder. We don't currently have AAA, so I didn't pay much attention to that info earlier. That should be changing very soon. My DH just had to pay a tow bill that would have been fully covered by AAA. :headache: We let our membership go dead, when we sold our RV, but that tow bill has convinced us it's time to re-up. We do fall under the AAA South umbrella. In case I haven't mentioned it recently, I love living in Florida!!! :beach:
