I got this same message when using my account, but my DH was able to use it on his - go figure?

Anyway, has anyone been able to see these points in your rr account? I can't yet in my DH's, but wondered if that was typical.

I did this yesterday for both my account and dh account after getting the e-mail. Still have no points in our accounts from it.

Just did it - tried to do it yesterday and couldn't get onto their site. I watched (and clicked) their video, and it says I got my 1,000 points. Hopefully I'll get them. I haven't received any email from SWA regarding this, so thanks a bunch!

as with most Southwest promotions, it will probably take some time for the points to post to your SW account. In the past, I've seen it take more than a month for points to post. I would not expect to see them right away. In the fine print on the email I received, it says to allow 6-8 weeks.

True - I would recommend people who haven't done it yet to take a screen shot of it as proof, and save until you get your credit.
