Also, you should understand that there are two parts of the Wyndham Bonnet Creek complex. The Wyndham Grand Hotel (and spa) is the small part, around 300 rooms, I think.
The much larger part of Bonnet Creek is the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort -- a 1,200+ unit condo-style timeshare property. The timeshare property and Wyndham Grand share amenities, so you have full access to 6 pools, 2 lazy rivers, free mini golf, the spa at the hotel, activities center at the timeshare main building, and a lot more. There is no parking fee or resort fee at the timeshare, but there is a fee for theme park shuttle buses.
You can rent villas in the timeshare from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom, from several sources. The most expensive is renting directly from Wyndham, like you would a regular hotel reservation.
However, you can also rent timeshare reservations from owners (either directly or through a broker) and that avenue is MUCH less expensive than booking directly through Wyndham. Typically, a 2 bedroom rented for a full week from an owner will be less than $1,000 (usually in the $700-$800 range, I believe).
The resort is awesome, and is closer to Disney theme parks than any Disney value resort.
